The K-Piano Music Learning Foundation is a non-profit organization that partners with school districts to provide students access to music by learning to play the piano remotely.
We install K-Piano STEAM Labs for students to log in for fun, interactive, high-quality group piano lessons with real instructors and instruments. We customize the K-Piano program to fit the unique needs of your school’s schedule, space, and target improvement metrics (Absenteeism, Discipline, Community Engagement, Mentorship, Academics).
Founded in Atlanta by Kenneth L. Wilson Sr., a 2nd generation piano teacher, professional musician, and former Big 4 consultant, K-Piano has become a leading provider of piano education across the United States.
Kenneth’s passion for music and dedication to his children’s education led him to develop piano lessons while on the road. Seeing his children’s engagement with the lessons, he founded K-Piano to share his love of music with others. Since then, K-Piano has partnered with local schools to teach over 44,000 students nationwide.
We develop scalable & sustainable learning solutions that increase student access to music lessons during the formative years.
We inspire excellence, accountability, and tenacity in independent learning through STEAM piano lessons.
We use data and innovative program designs to remediate the achievement gap in at-risk schools.
We develop performance groups and opportunities for students to help foster self-esteem and social skills while also seeing the connection between hard.
Our mission is to increase student access to the life-changing benefits of piano lessons, regardless of socioeconomic factors.
The K-Piano Music Learning Foundation believes in providing children the access and opportunity to music to help improve students academically. We aim to help transform the school’s educational, social, and cultural fabric.
